ITEM NO 4:               REPLAT OF LOTS 29 & 30A, BLOCK ONE, WESTWOOD HILLS 3^RD PLAT; 5204 &5208 BROWN LANE (MKM)

PF-09-34-05:  Replat of Lots 29 & 30A, Block One, Westwood Hills 3^rd Plat.  This proposed two lot single-family residential subdivision contains approximately 0.42 acre.  The property is located on the north side of Brown Lane west of Eaton Drive.   Submitted by Ron Faught, Medallion Homes, Inc. for Gene & Nancy Dorsey and Glen Westervelt, Westwood LLC, property owners of record.

ACTION TAKEN

Motioned by Erickson, seconded by Haase to approve the replat of Lots 29 & 30A, Block One, Westwood Hills 3^rd Plat and forward it to the City Commission for acceptance of easements and rights-of-way, subject to the following conditions:

1. Provision of the following fees and recording documentation:

a. A current copy of a paid property tax receipt.

b. Recording fees made payable to the Douglas County Register of Deeds.

c. A completed Master Street Tree Plan in accordance with Section 21-708a.3.

Motion carried unanimously, 9-0, as part of the Consent Agenda.
