Dear Property Owner:

 

The residents of 2"d & Perry and 2"d & Maple Streets have requested a change in zoning for their properties from M2-M3 zoning (heavy industrial) to RS-2 residential. This will maintain this area as a residential family neighborhood.

 

The owners of these properties have presented a signed petition to the City Planning department. The North Lawrence Improvement Association supports their efforts to implement a change in zoning.

 

As the owner of a property affected by this zoning change, the City Planning Department would like you to let them know if you approve of this change.
