The North Lawrence Improvement Association supports the residents in the 200 block of Perry and the 200 block of Maple in their request to have those blocks rezoned from Industrial to Single Family Residential RS2.

Dear Property Owner:

 

The residents of 2^"d & Perry and 2^"d & Maple Streets have requested a change in zoning for their properties from M2-M3 zoning (heavy industrial) to RS-2 residential. This will maintain this area as a residential family neighborhood.

 

The owners of these properties have presented a signed petition to the City Planning department. The North Lawrence Improvement Association supports their efforts to implement a change in zoning.

 

As the owner of a property affected by this zoning change, the City Planning Department would like you to let them know if you approve of this change.
