RE:	November 29, 2005 Agenda Item Public Hearing – Vacation of Temporary Turnaround,  800 Broadview Drive

Please include the following item on the City Commission regular agenda for consideration at the November 29 , 2005 meeting:

The City Commission will hold a public hearing for the vacation of a temporary turnaround at 800 Broadview Drive, Lot 9, Block 4, of Broadview Heights Addition.  When this area was platted, a temporary turnaround was included on this lot.  The intent was that if/when Broadview Drive was extended, the turnaround would be removed/vacated.  Broadview Drive has not been extended and there are no current plans for this extension.  The turnaround was never developed and not necessary.  All utilities, Historic Resources Administrator, and Fire Department concur with this vacation request.

Action Requested:  Hold public hearing and, pending public comment, approve Order of Vacation.
