Jonathan—MCNL bills $180 for my time before a group. This is the most inexpensive way we have found to cover our cost. So an 8 hour planning sessions would be 8 X $180=$1,440. We would likely need a one hour plan-to-plan session to design your meeting, that would add one additional hour, and if you want us to do the write-up it would add 3 hours @ $50 per hour. So the total for this retreat is $1,770. If it is fewer/more hours we would adjust.
