RE:	Protest Petition for Z-09-60-05: RO-2 to C-1 at 1246 Haskell Ave.

A protest petition has been submitted for the above-referenced rezoning request at 1246 Haskell Avenue. The petition is valid, with 37% of property owners within the 200-foot required notification area submitting valid signatures. In addition, some of the signatures do not count toward the petition’s validity for one of the following reasons: the property owner(s) is located outside the 200-foot required notification area or the petition was signed by only one of multiple property owners for a legally described property.
