RE:	City Boundary Description - 2005

Per KSA 12-517, “before the last day of December in any year in which any territory has been added to or excluded from any city, the governing body of such city shall declare by resolution the entire boundary of the city.”

Attached is a map depicting the areas annexed in 2005 as described in Resolution No. 6622, declaring the boundaries of the City.   This will be provided to the County Clerk, Register of Deeds, and KDOT.

Area Annexed:

2005	19.15 acres
2004	53.5212 acres
2003	257.3 acres
2002	116.3 acres
