On December 13, 2005, the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Bid#0546 –  One (1) Heavy Duty Dump Body – Public Works Department

Kranz of Kansas City	22,990.00
Burnup Equipment	No Bid

Public works requested bids for a heavy duty dump body with hydraulics for the tandem axle truck, bid 0545, if approved. 

Recommendation Action:

Approve low bid from American Equipment Company for one (1) heavy duty dump body in the amount of $19,998.00
