|
44
|
- Estimated Traffic volume of 1,850 Vehicle Trips Entering and/or Exiting
the Site Each Day with Approximately 230 Occurring during 7:15 a.m. to
8:15 a.m.
- Approximately 232 Vehicle Trips Will occur during the PM Peak Hour, 4:15
pm-5:15 pm. These Volumes Include
both Employees; and Residents’ Trips To/From Proposed Site.
|
|
45
|
- Currently the surrounding intersections Operate at a LOS C or Better
during both AM & PM Peak Hours.
Upon Completion of the Proposed Expansion, all 7 Intersections
Will Still Operate at a LOS C or Better during Both the AM and PM Peak
Hours.
|
|
46
|
- In 2025 the 5 Surrounding Intersections Should Operate at an Efficient
LOS. However, Movements at Both 9th
& CT & 11th & DE May Experience Some Longer
Delays and Queue Lengths.
Therefore, it Will be Necessary to Monitor These Intersections in
the Future as Traffic Increases Throughout Lawrence and Geometric and/or
Signal Improvements May be Necessary.
