ONE (1) COMPACT PICKUP WITH SERVICE BODY
UTILITIES DEPARTMENT – B07028
Utilities Department requested bids for a compact pickup with a service body. It will be used by the Wastewater Treatment plant to haul tool boxes, motors, pumps, and equipment as well as pull a trailer mounted pump. We have down sized this unit from a ¾ ton service body to a Ranger with service body. It is to replace Unit 785 with high mileage and maintenance costs. This pickup was not budgeted however Unit 785 needs to be replaced immediately due to its condition. Funds will be transferred to Collections Vehicle Replacement fund for this purchase.
