Summary
  • Live outdoor concert on Wednesday May 14 with a performance by Wilco.


  • Concert is scheduled to begin at 6:30 and conclude at 10:30.


  • Site preparation will require closure of the  900 block New Hampshire Street.


  • Public access to the parking garage will remain open from two points at all times.


  • Public access to business at the NW corner of 10th & New Hampshire will remain.


  • Pedestrian access to the Arts Center’s main entrance will remain open until 5pm.

Other Action Required
  • Subject site is in historic environs.


  • Historic Resources Administrator recommends approval of the request with the following condition:
    • That all public property be returned to the condition it was prior to the event.

  • Alcohol sales are proposed.
    • Distance waiver.
    • Permit for temporary alcohol sales.
