RE:	2010 Downtown Lawrence Farmers Market

The Downtown Lawrence Farmers Market has requested temporary use of right-of-way permits for the use of city parking lots #8 (800 block of New Hampshire) and #10 (1000 block of Vermont). Lot 8 would be used on Saturday mornings (5:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) from 04/10/10 through 11/20/10. Lot 10 would be used on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) from 05/04/10 through 10/28/10. These are the same parking lots and time frames used by the Farmers Market last year.

ACTION:      Approve temporary use of right-of-way permits allowing use of city parking lots #8 and #10 for the 2010 Downtown Lawrence Farmers Market.
