Dear Dave,

Attached is proposed agreement with Eisterhold Associates, Inc. for interpretive planning and design services for an exhibit to be installed in the assembly room at the Carnegie Library building.  Esterhold Associates, Inc. has been selected through an RFP and committee interview process from six proposals.   

The goal is to establish Lawrence and Douglas County at the center of the 41-county area federally designated as Freedom’s Frontier.  We will be sensitive to the public use proposed for the building and plan for the exhibit to be installed around the perimeter of the room.
