October 2010 Monthly Permit Report

 

 

There were 172 permits issued in October, compared to 187 permits issued in October 2009.  Permit valuation was $13,080,572 compared to $11,627,368 last year.  Fees were $69,063.96 for October versus $54,707.50 a year ago.  Statistics for total permit valuation and fees will be tracked throughout the year in the following table:

Permits were issued for 12 new single-family dwellings and one duplex last month.  This compares to 18 permits issued for new single-family dwellings in October last year.  The year-to-date total number of permits and total number of residential units will be tracked throughout the year in the following table, similar to permit valuation and fees:
