·         Approve a temporary use of public right-of-way permit for the closure of Massachusetts Street from 11th Street to 13th Street from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013, for the Rev it Up Hot Rod Hullaballoo, as well as the use of parking along North Park Street and New Hampshire Street adjacent to South Park.   Staff Memo & Attachments

·         Consider Comprehensive Plan Amendment, CPA-5-5-11, to Chapter 6 of Horizon 2020 to add policies for the Auto-Related Commercial Centers designation. Initiated by Planning Commission 5/25/11. (PC Item 4; approved 9-0 on 1/28/13)

 

·         Receive staff report regarding a request from the Lawrence Farmers Market to use a portion of city parking lot #8 and the adjacent right-of-way on Rhode Island Street for the 2013 weekday markets.    Staff Memo & Attachments

 

ACTION:    Direct staff to negotiate an agreement with the Lawrence Farmers Market for use of city property or right-of-way, if appropriate.
