·         Consider approving a Street Vendor License for Simply Franks, to operate a hot dog cart on the public sidewalk located on the southwest corner of the intersection of 10th Street and Massachusetts Street.

 

·         Conduct a public hearing and authorize the issuance of Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds by the City of Wichita on behalf of Presbyterian Manors, Inc. and authorize an amendment to the existing interlocal cooperation agreement between the City of Wichita, Kansas and the City of Lawrence regarding these bonds.   Staff Memo & Attachments
