05/21/13	· Iniades delegation visit. · Consider adoption of the 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan and 2013 Investment Summary for the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships.   Staff Memo & Attachments · Transit transfer station issues · Consider the following items related to the recreation center at Rock Chalk Park: o Bid award recommendation for the Recreation Center at Rock Chalk Park; o Adopt a resolution authorizing main Trafficway improvements for the Recreation Center; o Adopt a resolution setting annual borrowing limit under Charter Ordinance No. 27, for water, sewer, and facility improvements; and o Adopt resolution authorizing the sale of general obligation temporary notes.

06/04/13	· Receive public comment regarding 2014 City Budget.
06/11/13	· Receive Lawrence Broadband Report from consultant.
TBD	· Concur with Traffic Safety Commission recommendation to deny the request for time limit parking in front of 305 E. 7^th Street (TSC Item No. 3; approved 8-0 on 03/18/13).   Staff Memo Supporting Materials · Approve the Water Conservation Plan update.   Staff Memo & Attachments · Second and final reading of Ordinance No. 8856, ordering through the exercise of eminent domain the condemnation of fee simple title to private property interests commonly located at 1106 Rhode Island Street, and authorizing the filing of a petition in Douglas County District Court (the ordinance was adopted on first reading on May 7, 2013). · Rental registration update.  Correspondence - Added 05/13/13
