Rock Chalk Park City Cost Estimates

 

In February 2013, staff provided the City Commission with the City’s cost estimates for the Rock Chalk Park project.  Below is the updated cost estimates to reflect the low bid received on the recreation center construction.  Staff is working to update the infrastructure cost estimates and will provide that information as it is available. 

 

As a reminder, the development agreement sets forth the manner in which the shared infrastructure would be paid.
