Vacation of Utility Easement 6213 Crystal Lane |
On May 28, 2013, the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of the utility easement located in Diamondhead, Lot 1, Block 2 (commonly known as 6213 Crystal Lane). The owner, Ezell-Morgan Construction Co., Inc., proposes the existing 15-foot utility easement is larger than necessary given that only underground electric and telephone lines run within its west half. This lot is already served by waterline located in the Crystal Lane right-of-way and sanitary sewer located in a utility easement adjacent to the rear property line.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
