RE: Mortgage Releases
The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The mortgage provisions have been satisfied and the mortgages should be released.
1) Deron Belt, 811 East 11th Street, participated in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program in 2005.
2) Tate A. Janssen and Adrienne M. Janssen, 1705 Carmel Drive, participated in the Furnace Loan Program in 2010.
The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
