Vacation of Pedestrian Easement 900 New Hampshire Street |
On July 2, 2013 the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of the pedestrian easement; described as, the west 10 feet of lots 70, 72, 74, 76, and 78, on New Hampshire Street (commonly known as 900 New Hampshire). The owner, 900 New Hampshire, LLC, proposes the construction of the new building at 900 New Hampshire Street, Marriott TownePlace, will reconfigure parking along New Hampshire Street (east side) allowing sidewalk to be placed along road, in lieu of further east within the subject project site.
On July 9, 2013 the City Commission will discuss the approval of the site plan for the 900 New Hampshire project. Approval of the vacation is contingent on approval of the site plan.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and pending discussion, approve order of vacation, contingent on approval of site plan.
