Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Accept vacation of easements and rights-of-way and dedication of new easements and rights-of-way for MS-17-006771:  Minor Subdivision/Replat for Collegiate at Lawrence, a Replat of Tract A, Block 1, and Lot 1, Block 2, and Lot 1, Block 3 and that portion of Ousdahl Road and West 33rd Street as platted in the Exchange at Lawrence. The Collegiate at Lawrence is a one-lot multi-family residential subdivision on approximately 36.17 acres located at 1601 W 33rd Street, 3425 Ousdahl Road, and 3100 Block Ousdahl Road.

 

Executive Summary:

The applicant proposes to shorten Ousdahl road and combine the lots which had been created with the Exchange at Lawrence into one lot.  All the public easements and rights-of-way will be vacated with this plat and new easements and right-of-way will be dedicated.

 

A site plan has been submitted and is under review for the development of 270 multi-dwelling units with a total of 784 bedrooms.

The fiscal impact to the City is unknown.   The developer is responsible for installation of public water and sanitary sewer mains as part of this project.
