Executive Summary: |
Recent changes to the composition of the Public Incentives Review Committee (PIRC), specifically removal of the Mayor and Vice Mayor who automatically served as the Chair and Vice Chair of the committee, required the development of bylaws for PIRC (there were not bylaws previously). The new bylaws specify the selection of the Chair and Vice Chair and other matters regarding the business of PIRC.
PIRC approved the bylaws by unanimous vote on February 13, 2018.
