Accept dedication of utility easement for MS-17-00692: Minor Subdivision/Replat for Monterey No. 8 Addition, a two lot commercial subdivision of approximately 4.26 acres located at 3900 and 4000 W 6th Street. |

Executive Summary: |
With the reconfiguration of lot lines accomplished with this Minor Subdivision, a portion of a sanitary sewer service line is located on the adjoining lot. A utility easement is being dedicated with this Minor Subdivision for this service line. |
