Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Accept dedication of utility easement for MS-17-00692:  Minor Subdivision/Replat for Monterey No. 8 Addition, a two lot commercial subdivision of approximately 4.26 acres located at 3900 and 4000 W 6th Street.

 

Executive Summary:

With the reconfiguration of lot lines accomplished with this Minor Subdivision, a portion of a sanitary sewer service line is located on the adjoining lot. A utility easement is being dedicated with this Minor Subdivision for this service line.

Fiscal Impact (Amount/Source):

There should be no fiscal impact to the City. The sewer line is currently in place and the easement is being added to insure the service line is within an easement where it is located on the adjacent lot.
