Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Accept dedication of easements and the vacation of right-of-way associated with Minor Subdivision, MS-18-00046, for Sinclair’s Addition No. 2, located at 929 Arkansas Street, 913, 931, and 935 Michigan Street and 1000 Emery Road. Submitted by BG Consultants, on behalf of DJC Holdings LLC, Kirsten & Robin Krug, property owner of record.

 

Executive Summary:

This subdivision application is for the lot combination and the reconfiguration of interior lot lines of existing platted lots as shown on the attached drawing. Minor Subdivisions are administratively reviewed.

 

The property includes existing utility easements that will be retained with this development, and new easements for existing infrastructure, and a new access and utility easement at the termination of Michigan Street. This project also includes the vacation of a portion of Michigan Street that currently terminates in a non-standard cul-de-sac and a small portion of Emery Road as shown on the drawing.

 

The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the vacation of the right-of-way and the acceptance of easement as shown on the attached drawing.
