Conduct a public hearing to consider a vacation request submitted by Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. for Molior, Inc., to vacate a 10-foot utility easement along the east side of 1626 W 23rd Street. |

Executive Summary: |
The proposed vacation is for 10 feet of an existing utility easement in Lot A, Replat of Lots 7 and 8, Southwest Addition No. 3, also known as 1626 W 23rd Street.
The existing utility easement is for a public sanitary sewer main. The main does not serve any other property and is proposed to be made private with the development of the proposed Sprint store at this location.
All utilities as well as property owners within 200 feet were notified and no objections were received.
Staff recommends approving the Order of Vacation.
