ORDINANCE NO. 9475

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTER ONE, ARTICLE 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS 2018 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PERTAINING TO THE LAWRENCE SISTER CITIES ADVISORY BOARD.

Whereas, Ordinance 5799 was adopted on June 16^th, 1987 and created the Sister Cities Advisory Board; and

Whereas, Ordinance 5799 was subsequently codified at Chapter 1, Article 10 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. Existing Chapter 1, Article 10 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas 2018 edition and amendments thereto is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its passage and publication as provided by law.
