Receive presentation from BBC Research and Consulting regarding the Housing Study. |

Executive Summary: |
BBC Research and Consulting has been engaged by the City to conduct a housing study. BBC Research and Consulting staff will be on hand at the meeting to provide the City Commission an update regarding citizen and stakeholder input received, and the analysis of the housing market. The Affordable Housing Advisory Board has scheduled a retreat session with BBC Research and Consulting on the afternoon of June 4, prior to the City Commission meeting. There will also be an update provided regarding the discussion at that session.
It is anticipated that a final report on the Housing Study would be considered by the Affordable Housing Advisory Board and the City Commission in the July/August timeframe.
