Approve Site Plan, SP-18-00238, for conversion of an apartment to a leasing office at 1420 Crescent Road, subject to the condition that the applicant provide an executed site plan performance agreement prior to the release of the site plan. |

Executive Summary: |
The site plan proposes the conversion of an upstairs apartment (Non-Ground Floor Dwelling) at 1420 Crescent Road, above McClain’s Deli, to a leasing office (Professional and Administrative Office) and the use of the other apartment as a model apartment. The office will be used to lease apartments at The Collegiate at Lawrence, a student multi-dwelling project in the early stages of development at the intersection of Ousdahl Road and W. 33rd Street.
No physical changes are proposed to the site at 1420 Crescent with this change of use. In the event that the leasing office use is discontinued, it would not be necessary to site plan to return the former apartment use. |
