The items listed below are planned for future agendas.  I have listed the date of items as they are known at this time.  Dates are subject to change, as is the order of agenda items.

 

07/17/18

·         Strategic Plan Update.

·         City Commission authorizes publication of notice of public hearing for 2018 revised budget and establishes maximum expenditures and authorizes publication of notice of public hearing for 2019 budget.

·         Text Amendment, TA-18-00154, to the City of Lawrence Land Development Code, Article 13 to review and potentially remove conditional zoning. Initiated by City Commission on 4/17/18. (PC Item 7; approved 8-1 on 5/23/18).

·         Public hearing for Order of Vacation to vacate a 30-foot drainage, located at 104 N. Wilderness Way.

·         Public hearing for Live on Mass Event

 

08/07/18

·         Conduct a public hearing regarding a distance limitation waiver request for the 2018 Kansas State Fiddling and Picking Championships event, to be held on Sunday, August 26, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

·         Public hearing on 2019 Budget.

·         Consider approving a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, CPA-18-00168, to Horizon 2020, Chapter 8, Transportation

 

08/21/18

·         Police Facility Bond Resolution, authorization for design agreement, and authorization to release RFP for CM services.

·         Text Amendment (TA-18-00079) to the City of Lawrence Land Development Code regarding Short Term Rental.  Initiated by City Commission on 02/20/18.  (PC Item 6; approved 9-0 on 05/23/18).

·         Downtown Solid Waste Rates.
