At the request of staff, Doug Gaston was willing to act as chairperson until the election of chair and vice-chair could take place. The board agreed.
Gaston called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.
Review and approve minutes from January 25, 2018 meeting.
After review, Chris Champagne made a motion to approve minutes from the January 25, 2018 meeting. Seconded by Rob Harris Pass 5-0.
Elect Chair and Vice Chair
Doug Gaston made a motion to elect Chris Champagne as Chair and Laura Blanchard as Vice-Chair. Seconded by Sarajane Scott. Pass 5-0.
Discuss Review of 2018 International Mechanical Code
The board has reviewed the significant changes to the 2018 International Mechanical Code and did not have any suggestions on new amendments.
Miscellaneous
The board agreed to review the mechanical portions of the 2018 IRC and the 2018 IFGC for the next meeting on June 28th.
Motion to adjourn made by Gaston. Seconded by Harris; passed 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 4:24 p.m.
