Accept dedication of drainage easements associated with Minor Subdivision, MS-18-00118, for West Lawrence Addition No. 2, located at 432 Indiana Street. Submitted by Grob Engineering Services, LLC, on behalf of C.F. Abercrombie., property owner of record. |

Executive Summary: |
The Minor Subdivision proposes reconfiguring four lots to two lots, and three tracts that will each be designated as drainage easements as shown on the attached drawing. Minor Subdivisions are administratively reviewed.
The proposed reduction in lots resulting in two lots will accommodate detached dwelling structures and the existing based zoning district uses. The property currently has an existing building on the proposed Lot 1 that will remain. Lot 2 will accommodate a detached dwelling structure at a future point.
The three tracts of land will encompass the regulatory floodplain currently existing on-site. Tract A contains 283 square feet, Tract B contains 89 square feet, and Tract C contains 9,853 square feet. All tracts will be dedicated as drainage easements.
The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the dedication of drainage easements as illustrated. |
