Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Mural Agreement between the City and Connie Fiorella Fitzpatrick.
Executive Summary:		At the July 10, 2018 City Commission meeting, the Commission voted to approve the request to donate and install a mural on the ground-level concrete wall of the Lawrence Public Library and directed staff to draft a Public Mural Agreement between the City and Connie Fiorella Fitzpatrick to be presented to the Commission. A draft of the Public Mural Agreement between the City and Connie Fiorella Fitzpatrick for the WAK’Ó MUJERES PHỤ NỮ WOMXN MURAL is attached.
