Defer Regular Agenda Item 1, the public hearing related to proposals from the City of Lawrence and the Lawrence Police Officers’ Association, to the August 21, 2018 meeting.

 

Executive Summary:

It appears the parties have reached an understanding regarding the open items relating to the Memorandum of Understanding discussions between the City and the Lawrence Police Officers’ Association (LPOA).  The LPOA is planning a ratification meeting sometime between now and the next City Commission meeting.
