Champagne called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m.
Review and approve minutes from May 24, 2018 meeting.
After review, Doug Gaston made a motion to approve minutes from the May 24, 2018 meeting. Seconded by Laura Blanchard Pass 4-0.
Discuss Review of mechanical portions of the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Fuel Gas Code
The board has reviewed the significant changes to the 2018 International Mechanical Code and did not have any suggestions on new amendments.
Miscellaneous
There was a discussion on whether or not the 2018 IRC required performance testing of environmental air exhaust fans. Staff stated they would do some research on the new language and get back to them. No other action was taken.
Motion to adjourn made by Blanchard. Seconded by Gaston; passed 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
