2005 Water and Wastewater Rates

 

 

The following information is provided in advance of the December 14, 2004 City Commission meeting to provide information regarding the various options under consideration for water and wastewater rates.

 

Declining Block Rate Structure

Rate structure option that provides an increase to the existing declining block rate structure and eliminates the “minimum” billing structure replacing it with a service charge.

Black & Veatch Rate Study

This rate study was presented to the City Commission at the August 10, 2004 City Commission meeting.  The City Commission approved the Study’s recommended water rates for rural water districts, waste hauler charges, and water and wastewater system development charges.
