On April 26, 2005 the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Project 01-SR1-105(S) 

6^th Street, Missouri Street to Massachusetts Street

Milling, Overlay, Pavement Marking (KLINK)

Engineer’s Estimate	$482,926.30
LRM Industries, Inc.	$433,478.35
R. D. Johnson Excavating Company	$502,754.30

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from LRM Industries, Inc. for Project 01-SR1-105(S)_KLINK, 6^th Street, Missouri Street to Massachusetts Street, Milling, Overlay, Pavement Marking, in the amount of $433,478.35 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
