On May 10, 2005 the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Project 09-SR2-205(C) 

2005 Overlay Program, Phase 1

VENDOR	TOTAL BID
Engineer’s Estimate	$865,156.50
LRM Industries, Inc.	$739,903.58
Asphalt Improvement Company	$805,845.38

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from LRM Industries, Inc. for Project 09-SR2-205(C), 2005 Overlay Program, Phase 1, in the amount of $739,903.58 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
