On May 24, 2005 the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:

2005 Overlay Program, Phase 2

Street Improvements

LRM Industries, Inc.	$767,065.55
Kansas Heavy Construction, LLC	$832,790.77
D. F. Freeman Contractor’s Inc.	$898,440.00

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from LRM Industries, Inc. for Project 20-SR4-405(C), 2005 Overlay Program, Phase 2, in the amount of $767,065.55 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
