February building permits

The Building Safety Division issued 127 building permits in February, with total construction for the month valued at $6,081,252.  Total permit fees assessed for the month were $49,523.50.  Permits were issued for 12 new residential projects, including 10 new single-family dwellings, 1 duplex and 1 apartment building with 22 dwelling units.
