June Building Permits Report

The Building Safety Division issued 194 building permits in June, with total construction for the month valued at $4,270,471. Total permit fees assessed for the month were $47,975.05.  Permits were issued for 13 new residential projects; 12 new single-family dwellings and one duplex. Year to date one and two-family permits, total valuation, and permit fees are all up compared to recent years. Please see the attached memo, full report, and summary report for more information.
