Approve a Special Event Permit for a seasonal greenhouse located at 2300 Louisiana, submitted by Kaw Valley Greenhouses on behalf of 2300 Louisiana Co, LLC, property owner of record. |

Executive Summary: |
The time block for the request requires eight (8) consecutive Special Event Permits. Only four (4) Special Event Permits for one location can be administratively approved. The need for additional permits requires approval by the City Commission.
Kaw Valley will operate the seasonal greenhouse daily from March 24, 2018 through June 30, 2018 at 2300 Louisiana. Hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The location at greenhouse set-up will be on the northwest portion of Checkers parking lot which is the same location as previous years. |
