Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Accept dedication of easements associated with Minor Subdivision, MS-17-00704, for Fairfield Apartments Addition No. 1, located at 2115 Exchange Court.

 

Executive Summary:

MS-17-00704 graphically indicates the utility easements to be dedicated. The proposed easements generally follow the driveways laid out in the associated site plan, SP-17-00703, and will connect existing and future on-site infrastructure to existing services located in the Exchange Court and East 23rd Street right-of-way.

 

An existing on-site drainage easement has been vacated and designated as a utility easement to accommodate the new storm sewer and part of the water line, per the Stormwater Engineer, Matt Bond.
