Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Accept dedication of easements and rights-of-way associated with a final plat, PF-18-00222, for Maple Street Subdivision, 772 and 782 Maple Street.
Executive Summary:		An acceptance of right-of-way in association with the Final Plat, PF-18-00222, Maple Street Subdivision. The Douglas County Surveyor, Kevin Sontag, requested the dedication of right-of-way during the Final Plat application review process. PF-18-00222 graphically indicates the right-of-way to be dedicated for Maple Street. The proposed dedication is adjacent (north) to 782 Maple Street. The proposed dedication is the result of a previously unplatted portion of 782 Maple Street. Platting was required as part of the lot subdivision and lot line adjustment associated with PF-18-00222.
