As a part of the Special Event Permit review process, events categorized as Type 5 (public events primarily for entertainment) require City Commission approval.
The applicant proposes to have a live concert on September 21, 2018 in the 1000 block of Massachusetts Street. The event, including set up time, will run from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. This event is part of a concert series and is also associated with a Use of Right-of-Way permit and street closure request. Reference: CL-27379. The event is intended to provide a local entertainment draw for outside economic impact. |
