Conduct public hearing to consider a vacation request submitted by Landplan Engineering for Gary Woodland, to vacate a 30 foot drainage easement along the east side of Lot 1, Fall Creek Farms 12th Plat, also known as 104 N Wilderness Way. |

Executive Summary: |
A request was received to vacate a 30 foot drainage easement located through the property at 104 N Wilderness Way, to increase the usable area of the lot. A new drainage easement will be dedicated along the east edge of the lot and public improvement plans have been submitted to relocate the storm sewer to the new easement.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified and no objections were received.
Staff recommends approving the Order of Vacation. |
