Executive Summary: |
An application was submitted by BBN Architects Inc, on behalf of Bishop Seabury Academy, for the expansion of the school to include 30,342 SF of building addition and a new surface parking lot on the north side of the site.
The applicant is seeking a revision to their existing Special Use Permit to accommodate the building expansion. The proposed development will occur in two (2) phases and is a significant alteration to the site.
The Planning Commission considered the item at their April 25, 2018 meeting and voted unanimously to forward the Special Use Permit request to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval. |
