·         Added correspondence to Consent Agenda Item No. 8 j) – Adopt on second and final reading, Ordinance No. 9474, designating 21st Street within the corporate limits of the city and Harvard Road within the corporate limits of the city as major or main trafficways;

·         Updated the housing study presentation on Regular Agenda Item No. 2 – Receive presentation from BBC Research and Consulting regarding the Housing Study;

·         Added additional correspondence to Regular Agenda Item No 3 - Consider appeal of administrative denial of a Temporary Use of Right-of-Way (street closure event) Permit for the 2018 Tour of Lawrence;

One vacancy for a position that expires 12/31/18 (Justice Matters Representative) and one vacancy for a position that expires 12/31/19 (Subsidized Housing Representative). Two additional positions are due to expire 12/31/18 and all are eligible for reappointment to additional terms. Eligibility requirements exist for this board.

 

Aviation Advisory Board

One position is due to expire 05/31/18 and will be eligible for reappointment to an additional term.
